We offer 24 hours of post-VIP Day support to provide further feedback or revisions. Then, the copy is yours to design! If you have questions as you work, we're only an email away. Our goal is to make every website as impactful — and every client as happy — as possible.

1. Book

Booked a website project? Give yourself a pat on the back, then give us a shout. Whether you reach out directly or refer your client to us, we set up a VIP Day (or two) to get the copy written quickly. We can send the agreement and invoice to either you or the client.

2. Onboard

Like you likely do, we have an onboarding questionnaire for all new clients. We can condense or consolidate our form(s) as needed. Whether you or the client answers our questions, we like to see them one week ahead of the VIP Day(s) so we can adequately prepare.

3. Write

On or before the VIP Day(s), we request a kickoff call with you and/or the client to clarify goals and ask any final questions. Then, we write! We can send the working doc and collaborate as needed throughout the day(s). At the end, we send all materials and a Loom video recap.

How do copy & design work together?

We probably don't have to convince you about the importance of website copy. While your stunning design is what catches a visitor's eye, strategic copy is what gets them to convert. And although it might be the second thing a customer notices, copy actually comes first in the website process (as you know!). Elements like headings, sections, and messaging angles all dictate the layout and vibe of a site. When you start with an organized copy doc from a pro, your design work isn't just easier, it's also more successful.

Why should I work with (or refer my clients to) Quotable Copy?

Most designers and copywriters work in silos, leaving the client to be the middle (wo)man. If they do collaborate, their schedules, work styles, and creative approaches may not mesh. While we can't guarantee we'll mesh perfectly, we do strive to be as flexible as possible. We've got our process down to a science — yet we're willing to work with yours.

If I add you to my list of preferred copywriters, will you return the favor?

Gladly! We're always game to add to our list of reputable designers for clients who inquire. Let's hop on a call to chat about the kind of projects you're looking to book, so we recommend the right clients to your business.

How many website pages can you write in one VIP Day?

We can typically write up to three standard-length web pages during a VIP Day. While it's tough to say exactly what we can accomplish, most clients can expect to receive copy for a simple Home, About, and Services page. We may also be able to provide outlines and/or short snippets of copy for a Resources and Contact page. Don't need that much copy? Consider a half Petite Day, during which we can write one full-length landing page. Need more copy? Book a second (or third) consecutive VIP Day to receive another three pages (or so) for a 20% discount.

Can I white-label your copywriting services?

While we're honored you think so highly of us, we don't approve of passing off our work as your own. We prefer clients to understand they're working with you and Quotable Copy. Trust us, clients appreciate the transparency! That said, we're happy to follow your workflow when possible. You can bake our copywriting rates into your own (in which case we'd invoice you, not the client). You can bake our onboarding questionnaire into your own (in which case we'd provide you with a list of questions we'd like answered). You can have your own kickoff call with the client (in which case we'd request a video recording). Although we find it's easiest for each of our businesses to interface directly with the client, we respect your process and are open to discussing how we can work together to achieve the best result.

How does payment work? Do you offer a referral discount or bonus?

We are happy to invoice either you or the client for our services. We typically require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining 50% due prior to project completion, though we can discuss a flexible payment plan if needed. Although we do not currently offer a referral discount, we do offer a 20% discount on any consecutively booked VIP Days. If there is a particular bonus you feel would be valuable to you or your clients, let's discuss!

What's your availability like?

Our schedule typically books about a month or two in advance. Since we like to receive a client's onboarding form one week ahead of their project, it's best to inquire with as much notice as possible. We do sometimes have last-minute openings for VIP Days, so it never hurts to ask about our current availability.
